For 10 weeks from Friday 28th March, we will be hosting lunches for unpaid carers who live in the Mid-Argyll area.

This is the result of a grant awarded by the Mid-Argyll Public Health Network.

Any carer who lives in the area is welcome to come to the Dochas Centre between 12 noon and 2pm to enjoy a soup
and sandwich lunch and take the opportunity to learn more of the work of Dochas.

The lunches are free and we are seeking funds to be able to offer lunches beyond the 10-week period.

Red Cross volunteers will offer carers who attend the lunches gentle massage at the ARMS Centre.

Contact Catherine (catherine@dochasfund.org.uk) for more information or to find out how you can help.
