Dochas Carers Centre is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees. The Board provides strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring the charity operates in line with its charitable purposes, legal obligations and values. Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation is delegated to the Manager, who reports regularly to the Board on service delivery, finance, staffing and organisational performance.
